PopSugar

SO currently I'm slowly getting into the groove of working out again. I recently discovered this PopSugar Fitness 10 minute arm workout. I'm not sure about you all but my arm fat is starting to wave to people when I do and  ummm that sucks. Not only that but  I've always wanted nice toned arms (I'm envious of women who have nice fit arms and backs) so I figured I would give this workout a try. It was not so easy to accomplish and I was worried during one of the exercises that I would drop a dumbbell on my face but I managed to finish it - even if I didn't do as many reps as the instructors did. I figure if I can do this once a day 5 days a week, my arms would be well on their way to getting toned. As of right now they need a lot of work. After the workout I'm struggling to pick up sumo Virg so he'll have to just sit happily on the floor until my arms recover. Have fun!
