Hi! My name is Lizz and that's my main squeeze Ryan. I started this blog as most mom bloggers do to keep the family informed but I think only one of my family members really reads this! I call the PAC Northwest home but am currently living in greater Cincinnati area.

I'm a little Buddhist/backcountry ancestor worship half-breed Asian chick turned Catholic. I love all things outdoors, food, and guns. My bucket list includes things like go to Rome, own a cow, master a souffle, and blow somethin' up with a bazooka. Speaking of bazookas, my favorite reality show is Top Shot and I would love to be on it. If only they would have a stay at home mom version...

If you could put a wannabe health nut/environmentally conscious person, a tinkerer, and a McDonald's french fry eater together - that would be me. I love music of all sorts and I have a karaoke machine in my house because I'm that Asian. Not that I'm a good singer - I only do well with Queen songs if that says anything...

Let me introduce you to the terrorists...

Numero Uno. My first born - Aletheia Sharbel. You know what they say about first born girls right? Well, she fits that mold perfectly. My naturally born mama, who thinks she's in charge 24/7.  At 5.5 years, she thinks she is ready to get married and take over the world. Go on little mama. I'm pretty sure she'll do amazing things.

Second on the list is Ambrose Keith. He wishes he could be a firefighter at this very second and is your typical 3 year old boy who likes boogers, farts, anything about poop, and dirt. He's a tender hearted soul in among hard headed women. May God keep you sweet my son.

Third is my miracle baby, Petra Magdalena who has just turned 2. She is my very eccentric and independent child who likes things her way or no way (are you seeing a pattern here?). I swear I didn't dress her in a army helmet. She was just born ready for anything. I have yet to finish her horrifying birth story and one day I will...I think I'm over it now. 

And the fourth is Virgil Chrysostom. My darling 3 month old babe. He is already a whopping 19 lbs and is the best sleeper I've had yet. I haven't figured out if it's who he is naturally or if it's by circumstance due to being left alone more frequently.  

Right now we are all jam packed in a tiny apartment looking for a house and taking each day one day at time, trying to make new friends and exploring the world around us.
